Windy City was a Rocketry competitor. It only appeared in the 2001 Techno Games where it did well winning the main Heat but lost in the Grand Final Heat.

In the Qualifying Heat Windy City fought Tomahawk, M.L.V., Titania, Blue, Zatzoomer, Shellshocked, Heathcliff and Sickasaurus. Windy City shot straight into the air and got lost in the clouds for a few moments. However, it deployed its parachute quite early and the rocket slowly descended back down safely. It was at a distance of 33.50 metres.
In the Grand Final Windy City fought Tomahawk, M.L.V., Titania, Sickasaurus and Blue. Windy City shot off but quickly spiralled in the air, aiming in a leftwards angle. The rocket managed to deploy its parachute early but it had gone 41.70 metres away from the target.
