Heathcliff was a Rocketry competitor. It only appeared in the 2001 Techno Games and lost the competition.
Heathcliff, despite being incorrectly referred to by the main protagonist from Wuthering Heights of the same name as the inspiration, was a reference to the Animated character "Heathcliff" which is present as a mascot on the rocket.

In the Spot Landing heat, Heathcliff faced Tomahawk, M.L.V., Titania, Blue, Zatzoomer, Windy City, Shellshocked and Sickasaurus. Heathcliff shot clean into the sky. It came back down with no parachute, and landed heavily back down at 36.05 away from the target. A good flight but not enough to qualify to the final
